Abstract(in English) Recently , Millimeter-wave wireless communication system is being developed extensively as a next generation wireless communication to settle a frequency tightness problem. Distributed Antenna System that consists of micro cell can compensate big free-space transmission loss of the Millimeter-wave signal. About Distributed Antenna System, many ways of Radio over Fiber that converts radio frequency signal into an optical signal are considered , and in this paper we are considering the IFoF System ,the way to gets an optical signal after converting radio frequency signal down to intermediate frequency signal which dealt with easily. This paper presents the circuit simulation of X-band LC Oscillator that consists of CMOS-IC for a local oscillator of heterodyne , and electromagnetic field simulation of spiral inductor for LC Oscillator.
