Abstract(in English) In this paper, we discuss the effectiveness of the guidance system using a diagnostic ultrasound imaging system with a resonant cavity applicator for effective hyperthermia treatments. In order to show the effectiveness of this guidance system, first, we tried to set a human head model made of agar phantom using the diagnostic ultrasound imaging system. After setting, we heated an agar phantom with the resonant cavity applicator. From the experimental results, we discussed the effectiveness of the proposed guidance system.
