Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This report discusses electric fields radiated from a shortened monopoleantenna of which length is 2.5 m and its application to human exposureassessment in the frequency range below 30 MHz. It is made clear thatthe antenna can radiate the sufficient strength of the electric fieldnear the antenna to perform the human exposure assessment though thelength of the antenna is shorter than the resonance length. And that thefield strength radiated from the monopole antenna can be accuratelydetermined by measuring the incident power at feeding point of theantenna, even when a metal block or a human body exists near by theantenna.
