Abstract(in English) The semi-implicit finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method with implicit time updating of magnetic field components in a spatial direction is extended as a frequency-dependent scheme and applied to wideband analysis of dielectric substrates with frequency dispersion. A frequency-dependent property of dielectrics is expressed as a Debye dispersion model. It is demonstrated that stable time domain simulations are possible even with time step sizes satisfying the relaxed stability condition in electromagnetic problems including frequency dispersive materials.
