Abstract(in English) In this paper, the 2.4GHz band low power rectenna is described. To improve the rectification efficiency, the folded dipole antenna with a 470Ω impedance is employed for achieving the high RF voltage fed to the rectifier. The Cockcroft-Walton type rectifier is employed for achieving the high output DC voltage. For improving the rectification efficiency, each diode is excited in the same phase by employing the parallel feeding shape. Furthermore, the L-type LPF is added to reduce the negative influence of the junction capacitance of the SBD. As a result, the rectifier achieves the rectification efficiency of 14.9% and the rectenna achieves the rectification efficiency of 11.5% at -15dBm of input power. After evaluating the antenna pattern, it is confirmed that there is no significant difference in antenna and rectenna.
