Abstract(in English) | Toward the realization of optical quantum information devices such as single photon sources and quantum phase gates, we have fabricated nanofiber Bragg cavities (NFBCs), which are microcavities fabricated on an optical nanofiber. Here, we report the fabrication method of the NFBC using a focused ion beam milling system, the analysis of the NFBC by a 3D finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) and the coupling experiments between the NFBC and quantum dots. |
