| Abstract(in English) | This paper assesses the sense of presence under actual environments for the 3D IP phone service with the binaural 3D audio. This experiment treats the seven actual environments. Under the environments, the authors evaluate the subjective quality and the objective quality. In addition to them, they assess the sense of presence from various points of view with the SD method. In the SD method, the paper uses the nine pairs of adjectives as evaluation terms. The experimental results show that the subjective score of the binaural sounds with the low bit rate became higher than that of monaural sounds with the high bit rate. Moreover, from the results of the SD method, the authors confirm that the improvement in the subjective score depends not the sound quality but the sense of presence. |
