Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We propose a framework for robots to subscribe weather and disaster information that is used to implement a network based robot service. The subscribed information is provided and distributed by Japan Meteorological Agency in XML format and we developed a proxy server to receive the information instead of robots. The communication between the server and the robot is implemented by Robot Service Network Protocol (RSNP) and the robot can request distribution of the information to the server by RSNP communication.
