Abstract(in English) | The number of people learning Japanese outside Japan is increasing and has reached about four million. This study focuses on those with jobs related to Japanese. Some of them visit Japan for study or training and obtained various experiences besides acquiring academic learning. It is important to clarify what those people gained from their experience in Japan, as they have the potential for developing deep-relationship with Japan. This study is an attempt to approach this issue through interviews with those learners, who reflect upon their experiences in Japan. |
