Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The alignment is the assembling of the Prosthetic socket and its foot relative to the physiological limb. It is used upon clinical observation of a certified Prosthetist and Orthotist and the user’s opinion. During running misalignment has a impact on the performance of the prosthesis. The setting added to each body is important and the speed changes in a sequence of time, therefore the evaluation of the alignment through the whole running is necessary. This study estimates the most suitable alignment setting. In order to make the body motion of the whole running clear, some multi-axes sensors were installed on each body parts. As basic experiment the lower limb joint angles of a unilateral Trans-Tibial amputee were calculated and the compared with a three-dimensional motion analysis system.
