Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) It is well-known that “Friis transmission formula” is the most fundamental equation and the starting point for designing radio communication systems. The formula itself is truly straightforward and very simple. Even in such a fundamental formula, there are some paradoxical natures when teaching it to students in electrical engineering courses. In this report, we highlight such paradoxical topics usually we encounter in wireless system designing.
