Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In some biological areas, an analysis aiding system is required that realizes an automatic cell-region segmentation and tracking over sequences, and a fluorescent characteristic analysis. We have proposed an extraction and tracking techniques for cell image sequences, and realized such an analysis aiding system. However, the system cannot detect parent-child relationship for cells being divided in sufficient accuracy. This paper proposes a novel technique for a parent-child-relation detection to improve its accuracy. The experimental results given in this paper indicate that the technique outperforms our previous technique.
