Abstract(in English) Composite right/left-handed (CRLH) square waveguides has been proposed. In the waveguides, negative permeability is realized by the cutoff TM-mode and also negative permittivity is realized by the cutoff TE-mode. In this paper, we propose a novel CRLH rectangle waveguide constructed by using the cutoff TM_11-mode caused by coaxial exciter and the cutoff TE-mode caused by four TE_10-modes divided by H type conductor plane, and demonstrates that electromagnetic fields of Both modes is similar and this easily satisfies the balanced condition.
