Abstract(in English) | With the spread of smart devices, user location data can easily be captured by using Wi-Fi devices and results of analyzing the location data can be used for marketing. Finding popular booths is useful for creating a future strategy and making a new recommendation service for the marketing. Since the popularity of the booths strongly depends on interests of exhibition visitors, we investigated the visitor interests considering not only the number of visitors, but also their staying time at each booth. In this paper, we report characteristics of the top 15 booths according to the relation between the number of visitors and their staying time at each booth. We first distinguished visitors from staffs and devices in the time-series location data we used, and investigated the placement and categories of the top 15 booths, where the booths were selected according to the number of visitors, their staying time, and the area of each booth. |
