Abstract(in English) We proposed the Mitigation Information Network System to share mitigation information without using telecom infrastructure. However, from the operational results, the disaster mitigation information network needs to be quick initial response of the post-earthquake. Therefore, we proposed the new Mitigation Information Network System with OpenFlow to operate by switching network configurations at the time of normal and earthquake in seamless. However, OpenFlow Controller a single point of failure, it is necessary to particularly deal with the worsening of the disaster and the line status of the controller body in the event of a disaster. In this paper, we describe the results of studies for redundant OpenFlow Controller in order to achieve sustainable operation of the network.
