Abstract(in English) We are executing the research and development of artificial retina using a thin film transistor. In this presentation, we will show the in vitro experiments using a CMOS inverter and ring oscillator fabricated using thin film transistors. We confirmed correct operation even by the driving ability of thin-film transistors.
