Abstract(in English) Although radar is one of main equipment as aircraft surveillance system for air traffic control, in recent years its performances (for example data refresh rate depending on antenna rotation period) sometimes don’t satisfy requirements for high-density operation. Multilateration utilizing hyperbolic positioning method is a new surveillance system and has higher performances than the radar. ENRI applied RoF(Radio over Fiber) to multilateration system, and confirmed good characteristics of this new RoF applied multilateration in our evaluation in actual airport environment.
