Abstract(in English) The bullying at school is the biggest problem in the world . So far, we have proposed an artificial school class simulation based on a multi-agent system to elucidate mechanisms of the generation of bullying. In this simulation, the agent's behaviors were programmed based on psychological viewpoints. In recent years, especially in Japan, scapegoat phenomena has been related with the bullying. We reproduced and considered the scapegoat phenomena using the artificial school class multi-agent simulation.
