Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Genealogical trees of sexually reproducing organism generally form a complex network structure. It can be regarded as a directional acyclic graph (DAG) by assigning the direction of edge, e.g. from parent to child. In this article, we analyzed the transition process on this DAG with a simple model. We focused on the differences between a random walk toward the future and a random walk toward the past, and we found characteristic nontrivial form of the arrival probability distribution.
