Placement of Virtual Service Resources with Optimization Problem based on Server Load and Link Load

Abstract(in English) In this paper, we propose an optimal placement of virtual service resources based on server load and link load. This placement utilizes an optimization problem that considers the consumption energy and the processing time of physical servers in addition to the link load. Virtual service resources are placed by solving the optimization problem. By using this placement, virtual service resources are placed optimally based on the link load and server load. We evaluate the performance of the proposed placement with simulation, and numerical examples show the effectiveness of the proposed placement by investigating the impact of setting parameters on the performance of the proposed method.
