A Virtual Network Configuration Method Tightly Coupling Big Data and Peripheral Computer Resources

Abstract(in English) In recent years, use cases of big data are attracting attention and are expected to be increasing in the future. We advocate ultradispersed parallel computation environment for big data analysis aiming at Participating and Fine-grained Cloud Computing. This approach is different from past data analysis based on centralized computing model by a few huge data center. In such parallel computation environment where computer resources with relatively low capacity are utilized, optimal matching between many big data and computer resources should be realized. In this paper, we apply network virtualization with optical paths to improve the proximity of the computer resources and big data, and study resource allocation to achieve fairness related to network distance among big data and computer resources, and effective load balancing between computer resources. Its effectiveness is evaluated by computer simulation.
