Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this study, we are focused on review data posted by users of recipe-sharing websites. First by using posting dates of review data, we extracted particular months in which less reviews are posted than others. Second by using a scoring method we analyzed recipe categories in terms of posting dates of reviews and obtained recipe categories that are popular in particular month. Finally we obtained four-dimension vectors by applying natural language technique (NLP) to reviews. Each element of vectors is calculated by word counting and represents the degree of health-oriented, family-oriented, easy-cooking, and taste. From the analysis of vectors we identified months that have characteristic distribution at health-oriented and easy-cooking elements.
