| Abstract(in English) | Improvement of communication quality of wireless LANs is expected since those are parts of communication infrastructure where various services are used. Also, estimation of communication status of wireless LANs is required for quality management. In our research we focus on a retransmission rate of a Null Function Data Frame that is one of MAC layer information, and investigate whether its weighted moving average is effective as an index to estimate communication quality of wireless LANs. As a result of the investigation, we show that there is a correlation between the proposed index and network status under the specific condition. |
