Synchronization to periodic noise from vehicular for the adaptive side band canceller

Abstract(in English) High power transistor emit strong electromagnetic waves , which possibly cause harmful influence on neighboring electric circuits in electric vehicles. Adaptive side-band canceller was proposed to mitigate the influence. However, the adaptive side-band canceller has assumed that sampling is synchronized with the electromagnetic wave. The technique can not take the enough performance of mitigating influence in asynchronous. In this paper, we propose a method that compensate for the pulse position with the estimation. The first,create a correlation matrix from frequency components in the empty band. Next, the eigenvalue decomposition of the correlation matrix is performed to get eigenvalues. The pulse position is able to be estimated from eigenvalues. The adaptive side-band canceller can keep the superior performance even if be operated on asynchronous system with proposed method.The cancellation performance is evaluated by computer simulation.
