Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this report, we propose low power density baseband radio with frequency-domain differential spreading code for realizing underlay-type secondary-user (SU) communications. When a strong primary-user (PU) signal existed in the same frequency band, however, there was a serious interference problem where SU system affected significantly from the PU system. Accordingly, the transmission quality of SU system degrades when without frequency sharing to the PU system. Therefore, in this report, we propose an adaptive low power density communication scheme which uses white space so as not to overlap PU system in the same frequency band. In the case of single-user and multi-user systems, performance evaluation of proposed method operated in frequency-selective fading environments was carried out through computer simulation and experiments in a reverberation chamber.
