Abstract(in English) | Transmitting equipment for wireless power transmission system needs high efficient DC-RF conversion. In addition, in terms of transportability and installation, thin and lightweight structure is an important factor in putting it into practical use. We have been developing a high efficiency GaN high power amplifier and a thin structured microwave power transmitting module. In this paper, I introduce concept of a thin structured microwave transmitting module for the portable microwave power transmitting system mounted on a flying object and a vehicle, and reports the development results of it. |
