| 抄録(和) | 無線周波妨害波及びイミュニティの測定装置並びに測定方法を定めている規格の1つであるCISPR16では，接地線が持つ自己・相互インダクタンスが考慮されず，理想接地に近い状態で電力線のディッファレンシャルモード電流及びコモンモード電流の測定を行うように定められている．しかしながら，実際には接地線が持つ自己・相互インダクタンスによって，ACケーブルの3線を同じ向きに流れる電流が発生する．本報告では，その電流を新たなモード電流として定義し，スイッチング電源に装荷されるノイズフィルタが，その電流の低減に有効であるのかを検討する． |
| 抄録(英) | CISPR16 is one of the standards that define the measuring apparatus and the measuring method of radio frequency interference waves and the immunity. In CISPR16, the self and the mutual inductances of the grounding cables are not considered, and it is determined to measure the differential- and the common-mode currents of power lines in a state close to an ideal grounding condition. However, in practice, the currents flowing in the same direction through the three wires of the AC cables are occurred because of the self and the mutual inductance of the grounding cable. In this report, we define a new current mode that represents those currents, and discuss the effectiveness of typical noise filters equipped with a switching power supply in the reduction of the current mode. |
