| Abstract(in English) | In recent years, smart phones and PC tablets have become popular as a mobile device and communication service which is running on mobile devices have become widespread. On the other hand, quality of experience (QoE), which is the degree of a user’s subjective satisfaction, has attracted attentions. Quality evaluation of service and communication control based on QoE is very important because the final goal of delivering high-quality service is improving user’s satisfaction. In this study, after collecting QoE evaluation in user’s usual situation, we aim to analyze “Area QoE” which is in convergence area of using communication service. In order to analyze Area QoE, we utilize the data from a developed application running on Android OS device that collects the usage data of existing applications, QoE evaluations and location information on the device. Consequently, five convergence areas using communication service is composed, and difference is confirmed between inside and outside of each area. |
