Abstract(in English) | As one of the effective path loss estimation method for small sloping area, the elevation angle correction method has been proposed to offer high speed digital services in such areas. This correction method is based on the urban path loss formula and the elevation angle in the correction is reflecting the relative location between a base station antenna and a point of interest on a sloping area. Recently, a line of sight (LOS) rate definition to small sloping area is proposed to improve the estimation accuracy. In this paper, applicability of this definition to the elevation angle correction is studied and effectiveness on the estimation accuracy is shown to the constant term of elevation angle correction estimation formula. |
