Abstract(in English) | The report concerned with the problem of low-frequency noise from heat pump type water heaters for home use was submitted by Japan Consumer Safety Board in December 2014. This conference presentation will explain or comment on the summary of this report, describing the discussion in the process of making it, then show an idea of proof of causal relationship and relief of sufferers. If sufferers appealed for the rescue, there was no way of relief, because the causal relationship was not yet scientifically established. In this condition, we will discuss how we can prepare the relief measures from the viewpoint of consumer administration. |
