Abstract(in English) Super-resolution time of arrival (TOA) estimation techniques are strongly demanded for general radar system. As one of the most promising solution, the compressed sensing (CS) algorithm has been widely developed, which only assumes the sparseness of target existing distribution. To retain the reconstruction accuracy of CS, this paper introduces the random re-sampling and frequency domain based CS algorithms as a pre-processing. The results from numerical simulation show that our proposed method retains super resolution TOA estimation, which cannot be achieved by the original CS algorithm.
