Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) To reveal the high energy phenomenon of the universe, it is important to improve energy resolution and angular resolution of the x-ray detectors. Then, our groups are studying Dielectric x-ray Micro Calorimater, in short DMC, which can achieve mega-pixel and E/∆E ∼1000 simultaneously. DMC use dielectrics as thermometers, and decide energy of the incident x-ray from resonant frequency change in the LC resonant circuit with them. In addition, DMC can realize mega-pixel by connecting LC resonant circuits with various resonant frequency in GHz band changing L value. In this talk, I will talk about the quality factor requirement of resonant circuits with dielectrics as bolometer/calorimeter,and the circuit noises for readout.
