| Abstract(in English) | In the information society, understanding of the basic principles of information technology is one of the common sense. In order to understand the principles, programming education is meaningful and useful for beginners. That is same for visually impaired students, too. Until recently, PC have been used for the programming education. However, mobile devices such as mobile phones, smartphones and a tablet PCs are being used instead of conventional PCs. Therefore, we took a questionnaire survey aimed to know the possession rate of portable devices among students with visual impairment. In this paper, we reported the result of the surveying. |
