Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We propose a model of group decision support based on estimations of group status through utterance analysis. Based on methods used in prior studies of group dynamics and utterance analysis, we measured the utterance characteristics of members to infer group status; moreover, we aimed to enhance the overall condition of the group by providing appropriate reference information in a timely manner through a conversational agent. We found some tendencies of the correlation between the utterance characteristics and the intimacy or the leadership in group as the results of our preliminary test. Future work will focus on optimizing the logic of group status estimation and informing the group.
