Polarizer Resonant Elements for Wideband Reflectarray

Abstract(in English) In this paper, we propose the polarizer resonant elements for wideband reflectarray to realize polarization-conversion. The proposed elements have the linear phase characteristics and the range of 360°for the wide frequency range. The phase difference of the elements between V-pol. and H-pol. is 90±20°over the frequency more than the fractional bandwidth 10%. To verify effectiveness of the proposed elements, we design an offset-feed reflectarray constructed by them in the Ku-band, and also confirm good polarization-conversion performance numerically and experimentally.
