Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In recent years, the increase of demand for video streaming services such as IPTV requires an efficient way to deliver the data. Multicast communication, which duplicates data in switches on a transmission route to reduce the traffic, has attracted an attention as the solution. However, an frequent change of number of nodes makes it difficult to establish an efficient multicast tree since the efficient tree differ according to the number of participating nodes. In this paper, we propose the hybrid multicast routing protocol consisting of multiple routing protocol by using SDN (software defined network) to decrease costs and evaluate the performance by simulations.
