Abstract(in English) In this study, the calculation time is shortened by determining proper data lengths for the radius of the circular disk. Then, the matrix size is noticed and the reference vales for calculating the current are obtained. The current distribution for the oblique incidence is calculated using these results and compared with the result by FDTD method.
