Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Since ad hoc networks are composed of some wireless terminals with multihop communication, reducing the load of routing is one of the central topics. The typical solution for reducing the load is to adopt a hierarchical routing based on clustering of nodes. An existing autonomous clustering method has advantages in clustering speed and simple parameters. However, in networks with heterogeneous node degrees, the positions of clusterhead tend to be concentrated at the boundary of networks. This report proposes a new clustering method that can apply to heterogeneous node degree environment.
