| 抄録(和) | 体温調節に関する介護は介護者にとって困難が多い．理由として被介護者の表情や動作からは暑さや寒さの意思が読み取りにくい場合が多いことがあげられている．被介護者の寒暑は，ベテランの介護者であっても見落としてしまうことがあり，介護者の経験が浅い場合，完全に判別することは不可能に近い．その上，体温調節機能が低下している被介護者は，介護者も気が付かない程度の少しの気温変化で体調に異変をきたし，その異変が命に関わる疾病を引き起こしてしまう．そこで，我々は，被介護者の持つ寒暑に関する感覚をセンシングし，介護者に伝えるシステムの必要性を感じ，介護者が生活を共にし，安らげる場所となっているベッドをエージェントとしたセンシングシステムを提案する． |
| 抄録(英) | The elder-care relates to the thermoregulation has many difficulties for caregivers. The reason for this is that it is hard to understand the patient’s best temperature from his facial expressions and his behaviors. It is said that even the expert caregiver might miss understand the patient’s real wishes about the temperature. Moreover, even the little changes of the patient’s body temperature caused by the changing of the room temperature, it can be the main cause of leading to his death if the patient’s function of the thermoregulation depressed. We propose a sensing system with the bed agent that measure the patient’s wishes temperature by using sensors, and to announce patient’s condition by using agent character to the caregiver by using application. |
