| 抄録(和) | 東洋医学では，舌の色や形を見て診断する舌診という診断法がある．舌診は非侵襲的な診断が可能であるが，診断が定性的であり，医師の経験や主観に強く依存するという問題点がある．そこで，コンピュータを用いて定量的な診断支援を行うために，本研究室では舌診のための撮影システムを開発した．このシステムを用いて，現在までに協力施設にて355名分の舌画像データを取得している．今回，我々はこれらの舌画像データと医師の所見を相関分析によって解析し，新しい診断指標への適用を検討した． |
| 抄録(英) | In Japanese traditional herbal medicine, there is the diagnosis method called "Tongue diagnosis" that diagnose by looking at the tongue's colors and shapes. Tongue diagnosis has the problem that the diagnosis is qualitative and is strongly dependent on the experience and the subjectivity of the doctor. Therefore we developed an imaging system for quantitative diagnostic support using a computer. We obtained the tongue image data of 355 patients that is taken by using this system. In this work, we analyze the relationship between the tongue image data and the doctor's findings by association analysis and consider the application to a new diagnostic indicator. |
