| Abstract(in English) | Recently, a number of people who use real estate portal sites are increasing. A user, though, may find difficulty to get the information he/she needs because of peculiarities of real estates. Moreover few users use the sites frequently or consistently, and therefore, recommendation services based on collaborative filtering would not work satisfactory. We propose to use search query logs as a sole source of information on users' needs, to cluster users with their search queries based on a topic model, and to classify a new user to one of the clusters that hopefully represent their needs. |
