| Abstract(in English) | This paper presents an overview of requirements and technical issues regarding a RF front-end module for Massive-MIMO base station transmitter. This paper proposes two technical solutions of the RF front-end module. One is an integration configuration of antenna and filter for providing lower profile of Massive-MIMO base station transmitter. The other is a power amplifier configuration using a linearization technique for reducing power consumption. This paper also shows the computer simulation and experimental results of the filter, antenna and power amplifier to confirm the validity of the proposed configurations. |
