Abstract(in English) By experiment, we investigate the influence of network delay on pen strokes in bilateral remote robot control, where a user operates an industrial robot at a remote location by using a haptic interface device. In the experiment, we attach a pen to the tip of the robot arm, and we handle two cases based on whether a pen is attached to the haptic interface device or not. Then, we clarify the influence of magnitude of reaction force to be output to the haptic interface device on pen strokes of the robot.
