Abstract(in English) In this report, we assess the effect of network environment on QoE of audio and video IP transmission with the QoE-based video output scheme SCS (Switching between error Concealment and frame Skipping) as a first step for finding suitable threshold settings for wireless networks. Between wired and wireless networks, generation mechanisms of delay, its jitter and packet loss are different. We perform a subjective experiment to investigate the effect of the mechanisms on QoE. In addition, we assess the effect of picture patterns with B-picture frames.
