| Abstract(in English) | This paper propose business model development framework based upon analogy thinking with focus on Platform Strategy with evaluation method. Executing platform business model requires different approaches for making alliance with partner companies and different resources within the company because of its required neutrality.This paper propose such approaches and resources including human resource management, leadership management unique to platform business with future insight. |
