Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | Previously, we proposed the cooking-step scheduling algorithm to minimize the required time for cooking multiple dishes simultaneously. To use this algorithm, it is necessary to convert the recipe of each dish to a sequence of six types of cooking-steps and to estimate the required time. In this paper, we propose the recipe conversion algorithm to convert public recipes in Web sites to the available input data to the cooking-step scheduling algorithm. The proposed algorithm extracts the keywords in the recipe that have been defined to represent the types of cooking-steps, and estimates the cooking-step and the cooking time using a keyword. Then, it improves the accuracy of the estimated time by considering the ingredients and the cooking behaviors. We verified the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm through applications to 13 recipes. |
