Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) When a disaster happens, a local government needs to immediately grasp the state of victims and damages for starting a rescue operation. At present, an unmanned aerial vehicle as known as a drone is expected to be utilized as a tool to collect disaster situation information. A drone is mainly utilized for shooting aerial photography and video. In our study, in addition to aerial video, a drone tries to detect the existence of disabled people by sensing Wi-Fi packets from their smartphones. So far, in the reference [3], we introduced a prototype of a drone with disaster information collection function. In this paper, we report a prototype of a sensor on the drone that we could not describe in the reference [3]. Also, the initial experiment showed that the prototype has a potential to provide the utilization of Wi-Fi sensing in addition to aerial video.
