Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Automated driving technologies are considered to be the development of the advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS). In the highly ADAS, the principle of “Driver in the Loop” should be applied. In the meantime, it is necessary for proper development of the technology to design the human machine interface that is based on Guidelines on establishing requirements for high-priority warning signals and Design principles for Control Systems of ADAS. It is also important to clarify the appropriate timing and how to transfer from automatic operation to manual operation when the system is out of use.
