| Abstract(in English) | While a quality indicator changes from QoS to QoE, the design of communication network from user perspective has been advanced. Authors studied the method for designing communication network focusing on the interaction between users and network. In this report, we discussed the method for designing network system based on the network usability by regarding human network interaction. We also propose a method to convert passively monitored traffic into units of user actions and show that the observed change of behavior coincide with the MOS obtained through subjective analysis: In addition, the obtained results illustrate that the users react to the perceived network quality where more web traffic and transactions are generated when the qualities of the network are both good and poor. |
