Measurement of service quality and process in nursing-care service

Abstract(in English) Recently, robotic nursing-care devices are introduced into nursing-care facilities to reduce employees’ physical load and increase service quality. In this paper, we proposed Kansei study integrated the time study and quality study because the authors has been considering that the nursing-care service would be evaluated based on both employees’ behaviors and service quality. In addition, we applied the Kansei study to evaluate the introduction of robotic nursing-care devices.
